premium Rocky Ridge Shiraz was produced from low yielding vines from the Sellick Hill
region of McLaren Vale, South Australia.
Traditional and minimal handling techniques allowed this wine to be fermented in open vats, basket pressed and then matured in seasoned French Oak.
Only the finest parcel of the fruit go into the Rocky Ridge series, hence the small volume.
